uhm u need a software:
example:
fraps ( to take a vid of what u do ingame)
then u put it in a videoediting software
example:
-vega movie studio
there u put all the videos to one big video together
when the work is done u save ur video

use Fraps for full version PM me on board 
(Without any cracks xD )
For Video Editing i recomend Sony Vegas is easier than other video editing programs.

And to edit the video i recomend sony vegas
You can download trial version of sony vegas from the homepage of sony and have 30 days full version

Sony Vegas Pro Trial
I used all the time Sony Vegas Pro... ( that one for 525$ xD)
How i said if you want help just write a PM
(maybe i can get one key to get license if you are nice )
Edit:Btw. you need realy good PC or your PC will lag in kal like hell while recording (kal is bad programed and fraps need much resources)
You need much place on your hard drive cuz it make vids not compressed (2-3 GB for Minuten)
And you need good CPU for converting Video after / while editing with Vegas and it is not other with other programs
