lol 5 players saw him CD hacking thunder in duel with G3W3RT and GM WickeD saw him too. he banned it but 5min later he unbanned him..

why do you GMs and Admin unblock hackers? Mad Mad Mad
so everyone will hack 1time to lvl fast and then they will get another chance?
ffs there should be no 2nd chance for hacker!
